The city planning is Japan famous for its Machizukri system. It is a community bas system for planning city. ALong with this system a unique model of Machizukuri Kaishay - a City Development Company was evolved in city of Nagahama and Kawagoe. The presentation here disucusses about these innovative models of citu planning and illustrates how such model can be applied in various cities globally.
